“In Zeropark, you can’t blacklist sources and targets before launching your campaign.” We hear that often but that is not a true statement.

If you have some notorious sources that never seem to work for a particular type of campaign, you never have to buy from them again! You can pause them before you begin buying traffic. Even when they don’t appear in the list of sources assigned to your campaign.

While the Zeropark platform doesn’t offer a dedicated campaign feature to import blacklists before you begin buying traffic, you’re able to import your blacklists by simply copy-pasting them into the “Exact bulk search”.

In short, you can blacklist sources/targets before launching your campaign in 5 simple steps:
  1. You need to have a list of sources that you don’t want to buy from.
  2. You need to start a new RON campaign and fill in all the information.
  3. Remember to set the campaign to ‘paused’ after approval.
  4. Click on the search button, enter your blacklist and click ‘Search’.

We've just released two small improvements in reporting.

1) From now on, you can get insights into city and region targeting for your push campaigns. Previously, only tabs for creatives, sources, and targets were available. Please keep in mind that this feature has only just been released so the insights are only available for campaigns that were launched after 2021-11-05.

2) We've added the ability to select a range of click boxes by holding down the SHIFT key. If u want to select or deselect multiple items to perform a bulk action, select the first checkbox then hold SHIFT and click on the last checkbox from the range you want to select.

Luckily, there’s a fast and easy way to add an extra protection layer to your Zeropark account with our two-factor authentication feature!

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) or a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a method of signing in to the Zeropark platform that requires both your password and a second authentication code while signing in. For Zeropark, the additional authentication code will be generated by a Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) mobile app.

✅ Here’s what you need to do to step up your account protection game.
  1. Go to My Account settings and click on the Security tab.
  2. Turn on the Two-Factor Authentication.
  3. Download the Google Authenticator or Duo Mobile (or Authenticator if using Windows Phone).
  4. Scan the barcode on the pop-up page using the application and input the six-digit code from the application into the field under the QR code.
  5. Click the Continue button and enjoy the safety of a new protection layer added to your account.

Use as a template​

Running many similar campaigns? Now you can save a campaign as a template and create many new ones without the need to fill the campaign creation form over and over again.

Copy campaign​

Copying campaigns in Zeropark has never been easier. If you’d like to make a copy of your campaign, you need to click Copy campaign in the campaign settings menu. A pop-up will appear where you can adjust what targeting option you’d like to copy.
