How can i promote smartlink offers?

Can i Use PopAds.net traffic for Smartlink promotion?

What's the best network for smartlinks which pay you for all the conversions?

(I heard that many networks cheat and don't pay for converted leads which is often called network shaving)

Please tell me what's the best way to run traffic to smartlinks and through which you guys are getting results,

Im thinking about running popunder ads. Please tag the best Cpa networks for smartlinks which do not cheat.
