Google adsense denial

Hi guys,
I do have an adsense account for years and stopped using it, recently I wanted to use it on my new blog but got denial few times. As you know the google team never disclose the reason, I am asking for your expertise and experience to suggest or what do you think is wrong so I can improve my blog.

I see;

1. MMO and Accessories -- basically an affiliate program promotion *blog* is the reason -- denied for unsuitable content
2. The email squeeze may be considered a "pop" and an aggressive ad.
3. That email squeeze is irritating in that it appears on every page load over and over. Set a cookie and limit the overlay to every 3 page loads or something.

I believe you are right, the popup is irritating. I removed it. What is MMO in marketing?
