That's interesting. My lesson: In order to sell a product to your potential customers:
- Help them know they are having problem
- They will collect information (most in the Internet nowadays): We should be appeared in their searches
- Help them see our strong points that help them resolve problem better than other competitors
- We should have testimonials
- Purchase and after-purchase service.

#1. Does the offer (product|service) show user/client affinity -- if it does not you will never be successful selling it.
#2. Can you identify the obstacles to user/client affinity and create more favorable values to improve sales conversions?
#3. If your answer to #2 is no -- see #1.

You're absolutely right! Decision-making is a vital part of not just organizational success but life in general. It's like being at a crossroads and having to choose the path that leads to your desired destination.

its good to have a cycle so you can figure out what things work and what things dont and test and try new things

Decision-making is a big part of tackling organizational challenges. It's like navigating a maze, trying to find the best path forward. Now, when it comes to personal decisions, like choosing what to have for dinner or which movie to watch, I like to keep things light and fun by roll d20. It adds a bit of randomness and can make the process more enjoyable. But in the organizational world, it's a bit more structured, involving analysis, weighing pros and cons, and considering the impact on the entire team. It's a process that's essential for progress and growth.
