The Icon: The "Connected Checkmark" and "Two Interlocking Links". This symbolizes both verified "trust" and the nature of affiliate linking. Flat Design 2.0 providing clean lines with very subtle gradients to add depth with a "Wealth & Trust" palette

I am considering, and leaning towards, a Bento Grid layout for our homepage, and possibly for our dashboard. This is dependent on the core platforms customization bounderies.
  • A Modular Cards appearance: Group hot threads, top offers, and daily earnings into rounded rectangular cards.
  • Glassmorphism: Use slight transparency and background blurs on your navigation bars to give the forum a high-tech, premium feel.
  • Dark Mode by Default: Affiliate marketers often work late. A sleek, high-contrast dark mode is the standard for 2026 "Pro" tools.

Over the next few months some changes are coming and I want you, the members and the registered vendors to help to make those decisions.

The owners of AffiliateFix are in crisis. This is of their own making and not the staff, management, or membership for the community. They have been in this crisis for a few years now, a crisis of their own making in their other investments.

They have allowed licensing to lapse, corporate registrations to lapse, insurances lapse, and have frequently, and without notice or response, raided our financial accounts. The result has been that I have been paying the costs of operation myself for about six months as of the time of this letter to you.

It is time for changes if all of you are interested in continuing to have a home to learn from one another, continue to have access to current and instantiable community, to develop relationships, and with access to the very best of support industry professional organizations.

I have determined we have the following choice. A new community, with a new name, and a new format.

If the support is there from all of you, then I will proceed with the development and launch of this new "place we'll call home". The general dynamics, domain, name, logo, and beginning structure has been developed. The continued development will be in response to member requests and recommendations. I am ready to make the investment personally to bring this to fruition.

This new community will be a paid membership community with a monthly dues for both standard members and registered businesses. The monthly dues will be reduced for the first of you to join and your initial reduced membership costs will remain for as long as you maintain your account. Costs still being researched, but much less than competing paid communities.

This is just the initial inquiry and I look forward to your input and inquiries.

Thanks,
T J Tutor

TJ,

First and foremost, ever since I brought you on to work with me at AffiliateFix, you have done nothing but incredible things for this community. You deserve a huge amount of thanks and recognition for everything you've contributed over the years.

It was genuinely heartbreaking to read your email and learn that the company who acquired AffiliateFix (my baby) from me almost 10 years ago has now defaulted.

For anyone who doesn't know me, I'm Oliver, the founder of AffiliateFix. I poured my heart, soul, blood, sweat and tears into building this community, and it's still one of the things I'm most proud of.

Over the past several years, I've personally tried to contact the original acquirers on more than 10 different occasions through various channels, but unfortunately I've never received a response.

It makes me incredibly sad to see where the community has ended up because I still care deeply about AffiliateFix. I'd love nothing more than to acquire it back and help restore it to what I know it can be: the number one affiliate marketing community online.

So, if the owners or anyone representing them happen to read this, please get in touch. My contact details are still the same, and I'll be making another attempt to reach you as well.

TJ, I truly hope that, between us, we can find a way to revive this amazing community and give it the future it deserves.

As a long-time volunteer for the AffiliateFix Facebook Group, I'm sad as well, but I have realized they have been unresponsive for a while!

T J Tutor, I would be honored to volunteer as a Facebook Group Mod for the new website.

Sorry to hear this team. This community helped me tremendously when I just started out and I'm still thankful for that. Some fond memories!

I hope it can be revived and can be a resource once more for all beginner
affiliate marketers.

Good choice I fully support it, and I wish you the best of luck with the project.

Will content from the current forum be migrated to the new platform? I'm referring to the guides, discussion threads, and articles.
I think that would provide a very strong foundation for the new forum and make it much easier to build organic traffic from the start.

i'd definitely like to see the community continue in some form. forums still provide something that fast-moving telegram groups and social feeds struggle to replace: searchable discussions and years of accumulated industry knowledge.

even if the format evolves, preserving that knowledge while creating a more active environment for the next generation of affiliates would be valuable.

I've been a member here since 2018, and would definitely continue on to another community.

Two questions:

1) would the current member base / resources list be somehow transferable? Or would this be a community that would be started from the scratch?
2) AffiliateFix would remain existing? (or dying) - I assume there's little to no communication from the current ownership

I can speak for a yet another premium account, to join the new community too.

We are trying to find our way on the issues at hand. Thanks for your continued support of the community.

We are not clear on this at the moment. It is something to consider, but we need a clear and legal path to migrate the data. We'll keep all of you posted along the way.

Ariel, you have summed it up beautifully. ActiveRevenue has been a longtime contributor and supporter of this community (since 2016) and we greatly appreciate all your continual engagement with, and offerings for, our members.

We are still considering both approaches as we do not have a clear path yet either way. The legal aspect of transferring data hasn't been established as yet.

I don't have an answer yet on the continuation of this platform. I'll keep it going (out of pocket) as long as I can.

The owners have not communicated or responded to communications for many years.

Thanks for your continued support o the members.
