If I was to register a domain name with a name that is not trademarked but then someone else trademarked the name after I had purchase d the domain. Can I still get into trouble for this?
No but THEY can if you can prove that YOU had use of the phrase before they did, AND that it was actively being used, then you could demand the trademark be re-assigned, same as a domain name etc.
I have checked the name on the site above and it has not been trademarked but if someone is already using the name but and been using it for a while and then decid to trade mark it, could I easily get me into trouble?

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted. They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates. If we discover you signed up with a role based name we will give you only one message to change it. After 3 days your account will be removed if the email is not changed.
