If I am promoting say "Match Maker", is using the keywords "Match Making", "matchmaking", etc., considered a trademark bid by the vendor or my affiliate network?
I believe the trademark would specifically be the name of the company. In this example, MatchMaker or Match Maker. I'd recommend contacting your AM or reaching out to the network compliance to see what would be okay and wouldn't be.
