I would have to see the specifics but generally; No trademark bidding means you cannot bid search engine ads on their trademark name, e.g.; in Adwords -- 'nutra [product name]' as your keyword.
Some sponsors restrict the use of their trademarks in your domain name; read the terms ...
Generally, AFAIK you can use a sponsor's trademark name in your selling text (content), Why not? Only an idiot would not want that (positive) buzz with his trade name and subsequent publicity. If I have a product I would want people to talk about it at every opportunity.
