MaxWeb x Facebook ads

Hi guys

I am currently running Facebook ads to a MaxWeb offer but i cannot get the direct integration to work. None of my conversions are registering on my Facebook pixel. The MaxWeb integration guide is very outdated. Would anyone be able to help/ point me in the right direction of setting it up?

Have you verified that you added a snippet of code (the Meta Pixel) to your website's HTML properly?

Is the site being tracked a "Business" website as FB requires?

Hi EvajAM, Facebook’s tracking updates and MaxWeb’s older guides can definitely cause those integration issues—especially with the changes around iOS 14+ and server-side tracking. The key is usually setting up proper postback or CAPI (Conversions API) rather than relying solely on the old pixel method. MaxWeb support can provide updated parameters, but sometimes you need a custom setup to get accurate tracking. I’ve worked on similar integrations recently—
