How to do A/B testing on a antivirus offer?

Hey

I'm kind of new to affiliate marketing and want to do an A/B test on my 4 pre-landers. I have decided to promote an antivirus app. I have created 4 different pre-landers for this offer and grouped them into 2 main "groups".

(Group one) 2 pre-landers with more "friendly/less scary" design & (Group two) 2 pre-landers with more "agressiv/alerty" design.

So what I'm wondering is, is it best to run 1 friendly against 1 aggressive at first to see if friendly or aggressive works best and then run the other friendly-design against that other friendly-design (for instance) OR run all the pre-landers at the same time against each other and find out which pre-lander does well and go for that one?

So basically which one of the ways described below works best:

1. Friendly-1 VS Aggressive-1
2. Friendly-1 VS Friendly-2 VS Aggressive-1 VS Aggressive-2 (basically this option, all designs/pre-landers against each other)
