I am very good at this one. I have been using social media marketing apps for long time to schedule my blog posts to social media automatically and have my blog posts posted while I am away.

The ones I use are free but also have paid plans. I use mostly Buffer, and CrowdFire. I also like IFTTT and I heard it is the best to schedule everything and totally free, but I didn't use it because it is complicated for a starter and needs learning curve. Try Buffer, CrowdFire and I remember now, SocialPilot.
