Why impression is going down in google Webmaster tool?

Hi...........My Website impression is going down in Google Webmaster tool, i don't know why.....please suggest some solution to do and fix this problem to increase impression of my website in google Webmaster tool...Thanks

The obvious is that your search position is a lot lower ...
Or some Google 'penalty' has been applied?

It's actually Google Search Central now. It is where you can index site, add site maps, etc.

There are two possible explanations for why your impressions are going down:
1) You removed content from your website and your no longer being shown for the related keywords
2) You were already ranking low, and some new competitors appeared and finally pushed you off past rank 99

Why does Google Search Console show impressions for page 9?
Almost nobody is going to page 9
Yet sometimes I see 40 impressions to a snippet on page 9 --> in 1 day

40 'people' did get that far (apparently) I have to wonder why actually.

The first <20 SERPs finish 'near the money' and most of the money is made but the top 4 or 5 SERPs.

There may be a reason for the drop may be a high bounce rate, or a drop in your current ranking.
