I get distracted by my girlfriend, she always wants to have sex.. bummer. Imagine the work I could've done..

My smartphone is the primary reason why my task needs to wait. Another one is social media, this is the reason why I make sure that my cellular service is off or else I won't be able to finish my assignment on time, but of course, it's just a matter of proper time management.

Everything keeping you off the internet is a distraction. This is why instead of working at home on my couch with my girlfriend, dog, and multiple TVs around, I have a private office 4 minutes from my house that I go to for about 2 hours a day to get my work done

actually there will be no distraction if we are doing work in proper and schedule manner.but some people are distracted by smartphones,internet,call etc.
