What actually works for mobile traffic in 2026?

I’ve been testing a few mobile campaigns recently and noticed something interesting.

Instead of focusing on high payout offers, lower payout but consistent converting offers seem to perform better long term.

Also, splitting campaigns by variables like OS and carrier made a bigger difference than I expected.

One thing I’m still figuring out:
Is it better to focus on one traffic source deeply or test multiple at once?

Would love to hear what’s working for you guys right now.

I've always developed one traffic source at a time when I was doing everything myself. If you are doing it alone, no team, then one traffic source at a time is best.

Now I have a small team and I can test several at a time, but I only test two at a time because you need to remember when you do gt a traffic source successfully adapted your campaign, you have loads more work ahead of you with testing various offers, testing many funnel types, many landers, many angles hooks and triggers.

One at a time is fine, and a better choice simply because it is just one segment of your funnel and your funnel has many segments that wil always need adjustments, scaling, and improvements.

We see that going deep into one quality traffic source outperforms spreading budgets thin, as it allows the optimization algorithms to actually find your winning users. Don't waste spend on high-volume networks that mask bot activity; clean, carrier-verified data is what actually converts.
