Some of the things you should define before asking so we can answer you back with some recommended networks are:

1. Type of traffic you want to run: banners, interstitials, pops, Icons, etc.?
2. Vertical: Pin submits can be promoted everywhere and it's not a vertical. You want to promote sweeps, utilities, whatsapp offers, antivirus, dating?
3. Geos. Some networks have huge amounts of traffic in some geos and others don't. Select a few offers and tell us which geos or at least the continent from which you want to buy traffic.

I'm probably going to focus on utilities to start with.

For geos I'm still unsure exactly, but probably European geos.

I'm not sure which traffic type would work best for this. What do you think?
