Some advice please

Safe to say that two of the items google expect to find on site that they trust, is a bricks and mortar address, and a privacy policy. Just a baited hook here to try and get people thinking why it might help ;) So come on guys, post your thoughts here.

I am not sure how the privacy policy will help but I think the brick and mortar add credibility to the site, shows its now a cowboy outfit.
 
yep, in short. Google reckon that things like a site map, privacy policy, and good contact details (ironic really) :D are ALL elements that help people trust a site, so if people trust it, then Google should trust it.
