A high DA doesn't imply that the website should have more traffic. Traffic usually depends on your webpage ranking and promotion techniques.

This is simply manipulating the search engine with different unethical or black hat SEO techniques. This might give the website a high DA and PA in quick but minimal traffic and high drop rate.

When you just create backlinks of your website for only search engine not for traffic then obviously just search engine give it link juice and traffic doest not visit this website.

Do SEO and SMM. If you did correctly then you will get a lot of traffic.

Higher DA and PA doesn't really indicate website traffic. there are plenty of other things which helps to get more traffic.
