To get a postback URL from Voluum, in Voluum go to Settings → Tracking links → Postback URL.

Your Voluum postback after editing should look like this:

https://voluum_dedicated_domain.com/postback?cid={affiliate_network_clickid_token}&payout={affiliate_network_payout_token}&txid={affiliate_network_txid_token}

If you do not want to use optional parameters (payout and txid), you can delete them from the postback URL.

Unfortunately I couldn't confirm G4Offers tokens - it will be best if you reach out to their support.
