How and where can i share my CPA offers to get high leads and conversion?

I am looking for websites where i can share my CPA offers but unfortunately, i am not getting leads or conversion, Please anyone with a solution?

If you want short-term conversions (especially with CPA offers), buy network advertising. Free traffic posting schemes are mostly a waste—you’d need massive volume to make them viable. I tested it myself about 4 years ago with a Twitter API bot. After 5,000 posts, I got ~6,000 referral hits that earned only about $60, despite investing $500–$1,000 worth of time. It was a useless time sink, so I quit. Your results may differ, but from what you’re describing, it’s the same story.

One of the elements that has reduced good results from site placements over the past five years especially is so many of them are MFA sites now and the field is flooded with them. This type placement just doesn't provide the results as they once did. Even solos are suffering these days for the same reasons. Over saturation in specific funnel structures.
