I have been working on US full time jobs. I was working on guru so far.
But upwork, linkedin website is better, there I can get full time job.
Japanese people have limitation in Upwork so I need anyone's help me to create Upwork account.

Well, I think you need to apply to another freelancer network and this time read all their policies. You had to know that what you had done was wrong and was risky.
