Help my job, I will pay good monthly payment.
I will do some prepay before we start.
$150 to $500

I'm freelance software engineer from Japan with over 10 years of experience.
I have been working on US full time jobs. I was working on guru so far.
But upwork, linkedin website is better, there I can get full time job.
Japanese people have limitation in Upwork so I need anyone's help me to create Upwork account.
I will share 20% of my profit ( if I earn $4k per month then 800 is yours )

So you thought placing this post in the "Pay Per Call" forum is appropriate?

If you are offering a job, then that goes in the Industry Related Employment forum.

The problem you have is you expect us to trust you and we don't know you. Why would we put ourselves at risk of being banned on that platform by violating their TOS for you?

Per Upwork:

As a freelancer working on Upwork in Japan, you need to be aware of certain limitations and requirements primarily related to visa status and legal compliance:
1. Visa and Residency Status:
  • Valid Residency Required: You generally need a valid residency status to work freelance in Japan, including on platforms like Upwork.
  • Work Visa Considerations: If you are on a work visa, ensure your freelance activities align with your visa category. If not, you may need special permission from immigration to engage in activities outside your visa's scope.
  • Spouse of Japanese National Exception: Spouses of Japanese nationals may be an exception and potentially work freelance without needing a separate work visa or specific permission.
  • Working Holiday Visa: A Working Holiday Visa allows temporary work, including freelancing, for individuals within a specific age range (18-30), but with limitations on certain job types.
  • Freelance/Self-Sponsored Visa: Japan does not have a dedicated freelance or self-sponsored visa category, meaning you will likely need to rely on existing work visa categories that allow for freelancing.
2. Japan's Freelance Act:
  • Protections for Freelancers: Japan has implemented a "Freelance Act" to protect freelancers and independent contractors.
  • Client Obligations: This act places requirements on companies that hire freelancers, including providing written contracts, ensuring timely payments, and protecting against unfair practices or harassment.
  • Key Provisions: The Freelance Act outlines various requirements such as:
    • Written Contracts: Companies must provide clear contracts, in writing or electronically, detailing the work, payment, and completion date.
    • Timely Payments: Payment must be made within 60 days of project completion.
    • Protection Against Unfair Practices: Prohibits actions like refusing work without reason, reducing payment unfairly, or demanding unreasonable revisions.
    • Harassment Prevention: Companies must have measures in place to prevent harassment.
    • Contract Termination: For longer engagements (6+ months), notice must be given for termination.
    • Work-Life Balance Consideration: For engagements over six months, companies must accommodate requests for work-life balance related to family responsibilities.
  • Non-Compliance Consequences: Companies violating the Freelance Act can face investigations and fines.
3. Upwork's General Limitations:
  • Work Authorization Requirements: Upwork supports a global network of freelancers but notes that users are responsible for complying with work authorization requirements in their respective locations.
  • Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, whichever is older) to use Upwork.
4. Financial/Payment Limitations:
  • Direct to Local Bank Limits: Upwork sets limits on the amount of money that can be transferred via Direct to Local Bank transfers, with a limit of $8,500 USD for Japan.
Important Note: This information is a summary and legal regulations can be complex and change. It's recommended to consult with immigration lawyers or legal experts for specific advice regarding your situation and to ensure compliance with Japanese law.

Well, I think you need to apply to another freelancer network and this time read all their policies. You had to know that what you had done was wrong and was risky.
