"There is an Israeli Platform that displays its ads on websites with billions of daily views for an absurdly cheap cost per click"

Has anyone heard of this platform? or is it the biggest ClickBait in history?

There is no "cheap" cost per click with any company that has quality and reliable traffic. Paid traffic is always at a cost relevant to its quality and reliability.
