Hope you guys are doing great,

We usually don't chase such matters here, but couldn't find better place to look for answers. Last month, somewhere around 10th of July, VIP response manager "Akshay" declare our traffic as fraudulent on 1 of their offer "Choice home warranty", before this, we pushed "select my policy" offer where we only saw some where around 14 something clicks and they declare that traffic fraudulent as well without any evidence since there was not a single lead detected. Asking for a report, he mentioned will ask their advertiser from their end and will update us. Same goes for the "CHW", now despite reaching them out for the updates, there has been not a single response from their end. Now we didn't pushed them hard cause we know it's market and everybody is busy in looking for potential partnership, but they are not even responding to any of our messages. They clearly mentioned in the attached picture that they would share the proof of fraudulent activity but so far, they are not even responding!

Now, our partnership with VIP was based on proof only both side, where we shared creative every way possible so they could collect details about our traffic and after that, they would approve us on their offers. Which we did, now when it comes to their part, they're simply just ignoring! We as an affiliate network our self has to close numbers for our clients and without any response we can't do anything and it makes us look bad to our client cause they think we are doing the fraud.

Our simply concern is, we need report so we could update our clients and close numbers, if there's no response and report. Than either they are lying cause we can't determine weather the numbers were really deducted or not, and what was the reason it got deducted. We understand situation happens cause we are network as well, but we never not responded to any of our client even if there was a situation where we couldn't collect details on the traffic. If there's no response, i believe there's something going on in the back. Rest i want VIP to simply reply back and update us on this matter asap.

This has been a recurring behavioral issue amongst many of the various providers for many years now. They push the younger unseasoned people into roles of managing affiliates, as well as other departments, and they have absolutely no professionalism when it comes to being responsive. They see affiliates as an unending source they can abuse by cutting off communication with them when they are caught in a situation that requires them to produce evidence of their claims. IT IS JUST PLAIN OLD UNPROFESSIONALISM.

I've been a businessman all of my life. I am a a seasoned professional. I was running my own businesses in the '70's. I learned early on, as have most successful businesspeople, that getting our in front of an issue, no matter how large or small, diffuses the issues before they begin to become a tarnish on our reputation. The young people today thrusting themselves into lofty positions without proper training always produces results like you are experiencing. The affiliate managers are increasingly irresponsible and act as though they have no obligations to conduct themselves in a professional manner when they have any type of dispute or face any kind of turmoil's. They are simply irresponsible and immature. Until such time as these spoiled little brats learn to be responsible adults, this will never change.
 
The structural hazard in your case comes from all the brokering in the transaction. The lack of reply likely isn’t just about the person you asked for proof—it’s that the data and justifications may not even be in their hands to give you.

Happened to us as well, but even though, we informed our affiliates with transparency no matter what. We didn't kept anything hide from anyone so we kept communicating with them and letting them know what was the situation. Even recently happened to me but i had to guide my aff so i did. They paused the partnership but soon they understood there was nothing to hide from our end. They could do the same tho, but they aren't providing the response either way

100% agree on what you mentioned here. I have faced such issue in my career as well but i never kept any silence from any of my partners ever. Instant i kept things transparent which is why i never got any report or issue in my career cause i put things on the table so everybody could see the issues i am facing. "Working as an manager or Leading a business" if you don't know they way to handle the situation, it's just you're not worth it no matter how big of numbers you can produce
