Need Advice About Smartlink

Hi guys.Ihave a question about Pop ads and smartlink campaign.I am testing various traffic sources with default smartlink,but no prelander and the conversions are very low.Are u guys using a prelander for smartlink camapign for better conversion?Is it going to increase the conversions?I thought smartlinks are optmized very well and no need prelander...

What type of smartlink are you promoting?
Sending random traffic to a general smartlink (that for most networks is only redirecting traffic based on geo) is unlikely to bring results.
Check your tracker, analyse which geos you get, mobile / desktop, wifi/carrier and ask your AM if it matches their smartlink top geos as well.

Adult dating smart link is of two kinds in general, one with pre lander (most common) and one without pre lander (if the pre-landers are disabled). You'd need to check whether pre landers are enabled in your smart link or not.

In case they're enabled, you don't need to add a pre-lander because when a user sees two pre landers in a row, it's very unlikely for them to reach the offer page. If that's not the case, you should definitely create your own landing pages or enable it on your affiliate network.

Moreover, it's very hard to comment unless you throw more details like the number of views, geo, device type, clicks, your spending, conversions, and the ROI you're standing at right now. What affiliate network and advertising network is it anyway?
