Media Buys question...

So, if I go to buysellads.com and sign up as an 'advertiser' (I'm guessing), and I'm looking to place ads on sites, do I pick the ads AND the sites or am I putting up my own CPA offer from neverblue/maxbounty/peerfly? Confusing...

If you are a site owner, it is similar to Google Adsense. I may be adding a site or two to their inventory next month. If I do, I'll create a follow along so everyone can see how it works.
