Hi alll,

How do I make a quick animated gifs from a video, I need about 5 sec. animated gifs. Any software or tool I need cut 10 min. videos to many animated gifs.

Use the gif-maker of giphy[dot]com.
It allows as much gifs from a vid as you want, plus in any length you want

I use Adobe Premiere for video clipping, et al.

As for the gif, there are tons of free gif makers out there you can import to.

thanks but Uh oh! This video needs to be 60 seconds or less.

This video needs to be 60 seconds or less.

That's no prob. Before the upload cut the video down to the short sequences you wanna have as gifs with a screencast (many screen recorder are meanwhile available for free, e.g. screencast-o-matic[dot]com).
This is even the better way than uploading a 60 second video.
