is there anyway to check conversion from traffic class type eg. dating , dieting , fitness to name a few ?

check out some trackers that could help you on this, such as Voluum, Revmob, those are good tools that have features that could help you out to solve your issues! i wish this to be clear and helpful!

Not sure if I get your question, you want the tracker to sort your traffic depending on it's vertical? What exactly do you want to see, and how will you use this information after?

Normally, traffic sources are considered to be better fitting a certain vertical, for instance Sweepstakes are better to run with pop traffic on such ad networks as Popads, and Native such as dieting, fitness offers you run with Mgid traffic, etc.

So there is kind of no need to track the "class" of traffic. Maybe if you explain your idea a bit more detailed, we could help you
