Why? Siemens owns 67% of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, S.A and the firm manufactures Windmills for power generation --green energy source. I do speculate when here is some trend and logic --right now they are burning cash

but there are issues that are known and they above board;

1. Supply chain shortages
2. Raw material price increases
3. Chinese price competition

But there is some basis here and some real equity --like plant and equipment, contracted future work. Siemens may buyout Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, S.A --for cash because the Spanish Company is making the bottom line on Siemens Energy look bad.

The least likely end result is not the next guy buying me out --fixing the problems of a going concern in a trending up business is the most likely but there is major risk here.

You or I will never have his access.
But I agree with the thinking --smell blood in the water and try to buy near the bottom.
But fundamentals to not equal long term trends --that's the hard part.

The thing is that people regret

I have no regrets at all.
I speculated on a quantum computing stock and made 20% or so this month ...
2 weeks after I bought it Amazon invested in it --they are an AWS vendor --Bezos like them.
But there is basis in their business model --not all fluff and BS like crypo is.
