Hewlett Packard has announced today the launch of two performance-boosted workstation computers for digital content professionals. These two versions of its high-end personal workstation are designed for use in the broadcast, film/video post-production, animation and graphic arts industries. It also announced the partnership with DreamWorks Animation in National Association of Broadcasters.
HP xw8600 and xw9400 bring us the latest quad-core processor technology Intel Xeon X5482 with 1600 MHz FSB and Quad-Core AMD Opteron 2300.
Bee movie and Shrek series have been produced by DreamWorks Animation using HP workstations, so they are quite familiar with HP’s products.
