    Hello everyone!

So right now I have my static websites hosted on AWS (Route 53 > Cloudfront > S3) and it works pretty well. Now I have some other landing pages that require PHP and I would need to host them too, but it's impossible without an EC2 instance. So I would like to know your opinion on what kind of EC2 should I chose? (what OS, version, config, etc...) I have 2-3K visitors per day right now and I may have more if my audience grows, like 7-10K visitors per day (so I'm looking for long term).

Also if you have experience with AWS or know some good and clear guide on that, because I did not find something very clear and the infos I found were prety blurry.

Thank you very much and have a great day!

Personally, I like Debian based --Ubuntu server
Some say Centos is easier to use.
I don't use AWS or control panels -- can't help you there ;)

We just switched over to Linode using Laravel, Unbuntu, and Nginx.

These should be configurable on EC2 from what I've read.
