Got Sca***d By Trafficmonsters!

Today we wanted to warn all of you about big scammers - Trafficmonsters!
We've been selling them pop and banners in April and May 2020. Here is our stats - Screenshot - 2cf776cd585d5dfdc896e309855c4eee - Gyazo . The manager has been saying that traffic quality is nice - Screenshot - ad85894b055adb44945acfadb18e17ff - Gyazo
Screenshot - c7e85f8775a6d348a4aa16695149fcac - Gyazo . Also, during 1st week of May their platform got broken so it counted banners as popunders. The manager said that it was their inner problem, but then he changed his mind and started blaming an unknown advertiser who has set high bids in their self-serve platform - Screenshot - 000893759ff80ba3ae8ac120877a090f - Gyazo . Bids were fixed in 2-3 days, but the earned sum remained on the balance (total 1500$). By the time of 1st payment (Net 15) we'd earned ~150$ Screenshot - 241ec31d24aa8a959e05f118e96c4ca6 - Gyazo so we decided to keep it and withdraw a bigger sum. By May 1st, we already had ~500$ - Screenshot - 07d69e628be5a1fed77ea0bc4266f541 - Gyazo . So the invoice was conducted (May 6) and sent to our manager - live:.cid.66e0c0f42a357fe3 and to their finance - payments@trafficmonsters.uk . We've sent 4(!) notifications to their finance asking for payment proof and confirmations, but got 0 response. Today’s JUNE 10 and there are no payments from Trafficmonsters! In the end, they owe us 1500$! Don't work with these guys, because you’ll meet extremely rude scammers there!

ADxAD manager asked for a report with subids, as they don't show that info on the dashboard. ADxAD manager asked for a report again, the manager confirmed that there was no tech issue, the wrong bids were set by the advertiser. Still no report

ADxAD manager asked if everything is allright with the invoice that was sent to their finance dept. ADxAD manager confirmed that after the payment received ADxAD would be glad to relaunch traffic.
Screenshot - 65862eaaccc62b2ec87d1b9548de8bb4 - Gyazo - it's the 2nd part of the screenshot above, where Trafficmonsters manager confirms that they payment would be released by the end of the week (May 24). And he confirmed the relaunched after my side got the $.
Screenshot - e7e46d3d02893ff05f5d1f2990be64c9 - Gyazo - ADxAD manager asked for payment proof as there were no $ by the end of the week. Trafficmonsters manager replied that it had to be cleared out, but the finance had already left the office, so he'd check on Monday. ADxAD manager said ok, we would revert on Monday.

Screenshot - 20668136a6fbd2a56d50da9760db2eed - Gyazo - ADxAD manager asked once again about the payment. Trafficmonsters manager had sent unknown sequence of capital letters and numbers, said that he'd missed the chat and in a short form said that he'll check for the payment once again.

ADxAD manager replied with Paypal. Trafficmonster confirmed that then he was in touch with finance and he asked them for details.

ADxAD manager replied that it was his side to pay that's why he should name the due date. The invoice has been sent in the beginning of May. Trafficmonsters said that he'd check. ADxAD manager asked about the time when to expect reply. The manager replied that the definitely the same day we should have expect the answer.
Screenshot - 7db44de8721bde540d3fddc2ec97ad87 - Gyazo - June 5, ADxAD manager tried to clear out if my side should have expect the money transfer on Paypal the same day or not. Trafficmonsters manager replied that the finance managers were having lunch so they'd reply during 1 hour. In an hour ADxAD managers asked about the confirmation once again, but there were 0 responses. ADxAD manager last message was about showing this situation to the public.

I couldn't find that company in our Resources, so they aren't one of our vendors. That means that we can't try to intervene for you, unfortunately.
