Any particular PPV traffic networks you suggest working with. I would be interested in ones where I could test CPL offers for less than $50.

popads is not a bad option
you can play there for a little and test your offers there
they can be fine .

the best thing i can tell you is to select one vertical and stick with it until you find green campaigns ,
there is money to be made in all verticals .

I think that is great advice. But it doesn't make it easier for me because I don't have any experience with verticals are convert good for pop traffic.

I am thinking about sweeps or gift cards.
