Free or low cost Adult traffic methods?

I got approved for some adult offers in biz profits. Whats some good free or low cost methods to send good traffic to these offers?
I know some pubs that use craigslist and instagram, but from my understanding, thats not allowed??

They don't exist for that vertical, at least none that will convert well.

Nothing is free. Even organic traffic isn't free as you have to invest a lot of time to make it work.
Try asking your manager who approved you for those campaigns what are the most popular methods other publishers are using to promote those offers.
