I am a very new publisher. Recently completed several cpa affiliate marketing course and promoted offers from maxbounty and got several leads through search marketing. Later MaxBounty manager saying I did the brand bidding and I might not be paid for the leads I generated. Also, their managers are not that much helpful to clear out my confusions. I am really confused about the terms I mentioned below. Will you kindly enlight me by answering them? Expert MaxBounty publisher can answer more specifically.

Here MaxBounty offer details-

ID: 10438, ScanGuard - Antivirus

Total Protection for Your Devices & Files. 75% Discount Today with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. ScanGuard makes computers up to 77% faster, 117% longer battery life and 75GB more Disk Space.

Offer converts on a completed sale of at least $19.95. No bidding on branded terms. Must negatively match "totalav", "total av" and "scanguard" Direct to Download page available for contextual traffic. Top converting geos in order are:

1. USA
2. Australia
3. Canada
4. UK

Must negatively match: ScanGuard, Scan Guard, TotalAV, Total AV, PC Protect, PCProtect and any misspellings.

Restrictions:
No bidding on branded terms. Must negatively match "totalav", "total av" and "scanguard".

Additional Notes:
All search marketing is bound by overall campaign rules and restrictions. Please fully review campaign description before placing your search link.

Now my questions are as follows-

1. Which part is branded terms here?

2. For SEARCH marketing, it's saying not to bid on branded terms, rather saying match with Negative keywords with brand terms. So, "Scanguard best antivirus" and this types of keywords allowed or what else? Plz explain a bit more to enlighten me.

3. Kindly explain a bit more on Negative Keywords.

4. For offer promotional purpose, taking domain name like- bestscanguardantivirus or something like is allowed or what else?

5. Writing search ads for google, can I use this "ScanGuard - Antivirus" term exactly or what else?
