Hey everyone,

I’ve been diving deep into email marketing lately, focusing on building clean, opt-in lists and improving real engagement instead of just chasing numbers.

From what I’ve seen, the biggest difference comes from delivering value first, not pushing offers. Simple emails, clear messaging, and understanding your audience seem to outperform complex funnels.

Right now, I’m testing different strategies around list building, segmentation, and improving open + click rates in competitive niches.

Would love to hear what’s currently working for you guys in 2026.

Great topic.
What we’re seeing work well across our clients in 2026:
  • Opt-ins with intent > volume
  • Segment by behavior (clicks, non-clicks, opens)
  • Plain-text, one idea, one action
  • 3–7 value emails before any promo
  • Separate lanes for content vs offers to protect deliverability

Hey, interesting take — totally agree that value-first approach is what makes email actually work long-term. Clean lists and real engagement beat big numbers every time. Curious to see what results you’re getting with segmentation so far.

Nice approach bro, totally agree with you
I’ve seen the same thing — when you focus on real value and keep emails simple, engagement goes up naturally. Overcomplicating funnels just kills interest.
In my case, I’m working in a gaming niche, especially around among us mod apk, and what’s working best is giving users something useful first (like tips, updates, or safe install guides) instead of pushing links directly. When people trust your content, they’re way more likely to open future emails and click.
Segmentation also helped me a lot — like separating new users vs returning users. Their intent is different, so the messaging works better.
Still testing things, but yeah… value-first + clean lists = best combo right now in 2026.

Nice approach, I’m seeing the same trend
In 2026, simple + value-driven emails are definitely outperforming heavy funnels. What’s been working for me is short emails with one clear idea, a soft CTA, and content that actually helps first.
Segmentation is also huge — even basic splits like new vs active users can boost open and click rates a lot. I’ve also noticed that resend campaigns (to non-openers with a different subject line) still work really well.
In my case, I’m in the gaming niche with among us mod apk, and users respond better when I send tips, updates, or useful info first instead of pushing downloads right away. That trust builds over time and improves engagement naturally.
Overall: clean list + simple message + consistent value = best combo right now.

Totally agree about simpler funnels working better lately
We’ve noticed the same thing on our side - cleaner flows and better segmentation seem to perform much better than overcomplicated funnels with too many steps

What geos working best for you right now? And are you using mainly ESPs or your own infrastructure?

Do you know if it's possible to achieve good results with email marketing in the adult industry?
