Hello everyone, I wanna ask you please, in my indoctrination welcome email marketing campaign should I involve CTA ? in the first email or the second or even the third welcome email ? please any advice and explanation

thanks alot

it’s smart to think about pacing here. In your welcome sequence, the first email should focus on building trust, setting expectations, and delivering value—this is where you “warm up” your audience, not push them. You can include a soft CTA right away (e.g., “Check out this free guide” or “Follow us on Instagram”) but save your stronger sales CTAs for email #2 or #3 once they’ve had time to engage with you. That way, you’re not selling to a cold lead—you’re inviting someone who already knows and trusts you.

By the way, I’m with ActiveRevenue, a self-serve DSP (CPC/CPM) that works with marketers running traffic campaigns, so if you ever want to test driving qualified clicks to grow that list faster, dm me in private

I think it depends on what you're trying to achieve with the welcome sequence. Personally, I wouldn't make the first email too sales-focused. I'd use it to introduce yourself, set expectations, and build a little trust. Then, in the second or third email, I'd include a clear CTA once subscribers know who you are and why they should listen. That said, a small, low-pressure CTA in the first email, like asking them to reply or check out a helpful resource, can work well. The main thing is making each email feel valuable rather than pushing for a sale too soon.
