Hi, How can I open an account on facebook in USA for non-residents? (I try VPN but the account doesn't work)

You probably cannot unless you are a US person or entity (LLC, Inc, DBA)
VPN's that are public are well known and detected --like you have found out.

dropshipping is better for innovative products, like on demand printing of clothing items and stuff in my opinion...because if you drop ship wholesale products, the price will be near retail still, because you need to buy in bulk to get the cheaper price..unless you make ah deal with the manufactor to lower than price if you get many sales

Well, that's a common problem .. they'll enable your account, even if you used a paid VPN ..
The only way is by using a residential IP .. this way Facebook won't know that you're using a VPN/Proxy to access ..
