Couldn't get started on Awin

Hi everyone!
I'm not a marketer and I know almost nothing about this world.
I own a company in Italy who produces high quality custom mascots since almost 20 yrs
We never did any type of promotion but we still receive steady flow of leads thanks to the word of mouth of our clients and to our well placed website on the serp called mascotte-costumi dot com (I can't post links cause my account is too fresh I think)

My objective is to expand my production not only in Italy but in the whole EU.

The thing is that I have no time to think about the marketing side and I prefer to just care about production and customer care.

On avarage a mascot can be sold from 2000 to 3000€ or even more in some countries like germany.

Recently I signed up to awin and set up a commission of 10% of the value of a purchase. So a publisher could earn 250+ € on a single sell

To this day I still couldn't understand how to make it work. I tried reaching out Awin support but they didn't replied back. I received automaded subscriptions from big publishers to my campaign but this is not a product you just send random people to a landing page and hope to convince them to buy it

My target audiance are businesses like resorts, sport teams, hotels or themed parks. Also lot of my leads are from comunication or branding agencies

Imho There must be a kind of comunication between me and the company who decides to become a promoter of my product. And that's something i didnt see in Awin

Is there a service that offers this kind of service. I hope you could help me cause I'm quite lost.
 
Have you considered that Awin isn't really geared towards your products? They're more focused on fast-selling, low-ticket items, not a service as specific as custom pet manufacturing.

Try smaller affiliate networks or direct collaborations with branding or marketing agencies, which likely already have clients.

Awin works well for general e-commerce, but for such a specific service, I think you need more direct relationships. Keep in mind that these are high-budget products.
