Content Locking Question Please Help (Simple question but I don't anything about content locking)

What's up guys hope you're doing well and making money and if ur not I hope you're learning what to do.

Without further ado,My questions is:
I need a content locker for a hack but the content locker I'm making is nothing compared one provided by someone In my network.
But I'm confused,If I use his content locker as my own,will he receive payment or will I receive payment?
Or will it be a 50/50 type of thing?

Mind he's sharing it publicly like many others ,my intuition is telling me it's okay to use and it's just him providing it out of good will.

I might be over-thinking thing but If i get this wrong It could prove fatal.

I suggest you give the script to someone on Fiverr to clean the script and make sure only your information and links are in it.
