Can't pay with PayPal balence?

Hi. I'd like to have membership here but the only choice I have is to pay with credit/debit card. I know from our experience why would you do that. To avoid scammers/ stolen PP accounts, but I would like to ask if I can pay with balance even if manually to an email and then confirmed.

T J, When I click Pay with PayPal I enter the PayPal portal and I don't have option to pick and pay with the available balance. The only option is to add debit/credit card and then pay from it. This is the issue.

Better to pay with pay pal of course. But card is also easy.
