Amazon doesn't have to do SEO they just buy the keyword (if worthwhile)
Amazon is a branded name --they have customers that type-in.
Amazon does UX extensively (user experience) to improve the customer loyalty.
Amazon charges their associate sellers 10% and pays associate affiliates 3% (or more pro-rata) LOL
Bezos makes his money on both ends

It's just numbers & automation
No big secret, sell 10 products @ $1k each ($10k) x 10% commission = $1k (/day)
I don't say its easy in the start
But ANYONE can do this
Most people quit
Same like SEO
It's just follow the rules

I've not looked into that recently. Most of the guys I admire have those elements in their training programs. As well, the mastermind groups I attend each year are deep into both of course. Scaling, in fact, is more a topic than anything else because of he limited time campaigns live these days. That time limitation makes scaling fast and efficiently a front line priority.
I can get with some of my guys on that next weekend as we are having a online mastermind Saturday. I've been talking to some of them anyways to bring them in for some webinars for both teaching and promoting their coaching programs.
I do know that Charles Gno and Neil Patel have both had an abundance of information on scaling published over the years and they usually update those topics each year.
