Can Google succeed at Google+?

Google has many excellent products like Gmail, Buzz, Friend Connect, waves etc for social networking. The recent innovation of Google+ has been launched recently with excellent features. Will it have wider adoption? What do you think?

I think it is Google's answer to the Facebook and Twitter likes and tweets buttons. In most cases, everything Google is involved with is a resounding success so the plus 1 button will probably follow a familiar path.

I think that its off to a slow start but its going to start picking up speed. Especially when the next gen Android phones come out with Google plus built in, When that starts to happen I believe google + is going to start taking off. But right now its still kind of low in the dumps.

From what I've been hearing I believe that the younger population has begun taking to G+ rather than facebook so it may only be a matter of time.
