A few weeks ago I published this template on my blog, but I thought you guys would find it helpful too:
It's a basic template for Bootstrap v.3.3.4 that uses the Cloudflare CDN to load all the JavaScript and CSS files. It loads very quickly and just leaves you with 1 job, adding the content for your website
HTML:
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<title>Title</title>
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0">
<!-- Bootstrap core CSS -->
<link href="http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/twitter-bootstrap/3.3.4/css/bootstrap.min.css" rel="stylesheet" media="screen">
<!-- HTML5 shim and Respond.js IE8 support of HTML5 elements and media queries -->
<!--[if lt IE 9]>
<script src="http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/html5shiv/3.7.2/html5shiv.js"></script>
<script src="http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/respond.js/1.4.2/respond.js"></script>
<![endif]-->
</head>
<body>
<!-- jQuery (necessary for Bootstrap's JavaScript plugins) -->
<script src="http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery/2.1.3/jquery.min.js"></script>
<!-- Include all compiled plugins (below), or include individual files as needed -->
<script src="http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/twitter-bootstrap/3.3.4/js/bootstrap.min.js"></script>
</body>
</html>
