I follow CPA Grip, and they have some decent content locking device. Which are very helpful for generating quality leads. But I want something more. I mean self-hosted or plugin for content locking. Any idea?

If you want to host your own, you could build something using a network's API. That'd give you full control. We have a couple different APIs at Adscend. You would need to know a scripting language though - or hire a freelancer to complete your project.
