Admoda is closing down

Admoda was one of the first mobile advertising networks, launched in 2006. In that time, we have served more than 2.5 trillion ads, processing 2.5 billion ad requests per day, for thousands of advertisers and publishers all over the world.

We are still in perfectly good shape, financially. One of our proudest achievements is that we have been profitable since launch - and we still are. But, ten years is a long time, particularly on the internet, and all of us in the core team have decided it’s time we moved on to pursue other interests.

So, on May 18th 2016 we will cease operations.

It is understandable for customers to be concerned, when a business closes down. So, here are the details of how this will affect you:

Effective immediately, you will no longer be able to add funds to your account. Any funds remaining in your account, including those in your campaigns, will be returned to you.

Payments of £100 or less will be made via paypal.

Please ensure that we have valid payment details for you (e.g. a paypal account or bank details), by raising a support ticket and including the relevant information. This will ensure that we can get your funds to you as quickly as possible.

If you wish to continue running your campaigns until May 18th, any remaining funds will be returned after that date.

You are welcome (and encouraged) to stop running your campaigns before then, and have your funds returned earlier. In that case, please proceed as follows;

First, remove all funds from all of your campaigns. Then...
Raise a support ticket requesting a return of funds, and the closure of your account

Please be patient - as you can appreciate, our support team have a LOT of customers to deal with, so it may take slightly longer than normal for you to get a reply.

We know this announcement will disappoint many of our loyal customers, and we are very sorry about that. We would like to thank you all for your support over the past ten years.

Yours sincerely

A bit too short deadline for a successful company.
Without knowing more details that sounds doubtful to me...
