Why adsense is not approving my request?

Hi friends,
I have applied for adsense for my blog newgenresoft.com/seoblog/ 2-3 times. But its rejected all the times. For the most surprise one time the rejection was telling that my blog is not in English ) loL). What is this? I don't/can't understand. Could you share some advices?

I'd agree with the Adsense team on this occasion: your blog's not written in readable English, which probably explains why they turned down your application.

Have you ever banned by Google adsense in past? If yes then try to apply with different address.

These days, Google is checking each point that is mentioned in its term and rules for approving a blog. You must have rich content, informative and quality content. blog must have older than 6 months for Asian countries etc.
