I wonder what kind offers, in which verticals that are good to run in those GEOs?
What kind of price model is used commonly? CPS, CPI or CPL?

Depends to be honest. Use to be very limited in past but in recent years it's kinda growing as an industry. What I've seen working is mobile offers. Any kinda mobile offers that doesn't require credit card or any payments.
