Hi everyone,

Curious to hear what people are seeing with France lead generation this year.

For those actively running FR traffic:

  • Which traffic sources are showing the most consistency?
  • Native? SEO? Facebook? Email?
  • Are certain verticals outperforming others (home improvement, insurance, solar, finance, etc.)?
  • Has compliance become a bigger issue compared to previous years?
Not looking for exact campaigns or secrets—just trying to understand where the market is moving.

Would love to hear from anyone currently active in FR traffic.

We're seeing France lead gen shift heavily toward high-intent Search and high-authority Native placements, with B2B finance, insurance, and solar driving the highest volumes. However, success this year completely hinges on strict CNIL compliance and premium data verification, as the market pivots from raw lead quantity to compliant, high-intent traffic.

from what i've seen, the answer depends heavily on lead quality requirements. it's easy to generate volume in france, but maintaining quality while staying compliant is where things get more difficult. insurance, finance, and home improvement seem to come up repeatedly because the economics justify higher acquisition costs.

i'd also be careful about comparing traffic sources without looking at downstream performance. sometimes the source generating fewer leads ends up producing the better ROI once quality metrics are considered.
