What is the OK posting-rate in here?

Hi all,
I can see interesting topics in many of the forums here. Let's say I want to respond to 10 threads in matter of 20 minutes. Is this abusive ?
What is the limit ? If not written as a rule maybe there is a moral one for the admins/moderators?

I would suggest its abusive when it becomes obvious one is replying just so their name and signature is seen instead of replying to actually be helpful. Outside of that, I think the trophies page gives a pretty good reference of what would be abusive when it says:

Can't Stop!
You've posted 100 messages. I hope this took you more than a day!

Yea try to be helpful and i think you will pass it
If you just post to get people to check your signature then you will be seen as spammer amd not tou will get attention from admin but also people will notice it .So think in terms of helping people and you will get your reward
