When visitors use the internal search function on a wordpress website how can you see the search queries?
Sure seems like a good way to improve a website in real time

@Graybeard
Thanks for your help last month
This really made a difference
Tracked 900+ queries over 30 days
Helps identify missing items to add for future customers

Extra helpful to have aggregated list in Google analytics
So I add the most popular searched items first
Example

12 sunglasses
8 black sunglasses
8 sunglasses black
7 sunglasses for men
6 women sunglasses
5 ladies sunglasses
4 sale
4 new sunglasses
4 under 100 dollars
3 delivery
2 sunglasses case
2 black sunglasses women
2 beach sunglasses
1 discount code
1 sale sunglasses
1 voucher

Would you be able to see the search queries if you have built a website with a tool like Elementor or Optimize Press and not from scratch?

I would prefer to camp on crocodile than use elementor
The other one I didn't use before
Have you used Google analytics?

I am a bad example -- I use a text editor and raw code (20 years exp)
Only thing I can say: Is you want a text view so you can paste (or type) code into the HTML source

Always testing stuff
Every day testing new cms, new format
It's whatever will work for you
But Text Editor is best option
For SEO it is 100% best option
You can easily find all meta tags & title tags
Text editor give you complete control
There is no extra code from plugin that make slow loading

Haha great advice but I am too newb for this. How do you reckon I should get started? Since you're recommending me to not use WP plugin tools like Elementor, what's the best way for me to build out a page without knowing code?

I guess that right now people are looking for a peace and livelihood. Nowadays we live in digitalera that's why there are lots of opportunities to earn some money and never have needs in everything. You know this question is kinda philosophyical one that's why we can discuss on this matter for a very long time. I suppoe that people today should less bother about money. It's the only advice which I can give actually, because money is just a renewable resource, while there are other resources which can't be considered as renewable. For example, our family, friends and beloved people. W have to bother more about these things, but not about money.

How to Track Site Search in WordPress
You can easily track your WordPress site search in Google Analytics. It’s a powerful analytics tool that helps you see how people use your website.
Just follow these steps, and within a few minutes, you’ll be able to see what your visitors search for on your website.
You don't have to buy this but it will give you some clues. You need to add the GA code manually ;) on the search return
